Last updated: 31 October 2026

At Sparko AI Lab, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who it is shared with, and your rights in relation to it.

1. Who We Are

Sparko AI Lab is a digital product business based in India. We sell AI image prompt packs to customers globally, and we decide how and why the personal data described in this policy is used. For privacy-related queries or complaints, contact us at support@sparkoailab.com

2. What Data We Collect

When you visit our site or buy from us, we may collect:

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government IDs, biometrics, or health information.

3. Personal Details Inside Your Purchase

To discourage unauthorised sharing and to be able to trace leaked copies, each purchase is personalised. Your name, email address and order ID are printed on the licence page of your PDF and are also embedded in some of the images inside it. These details are part of the file you receive, cannot be removed, and are visible to anyone you share the file with. Please keep your copy private.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

5. Legal Basis and Consent

We use your data to carry out the purchase you ask for, to meet legal obligations, and for security and fraud prevention. By entering your email address and continuing to payment, you agree to your data being used for the purposes in this policy. Where the law requires consent for analytics and advertising cookies (for example in the EU and UK), we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or contacting us.

6. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for their service:

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Cookies and Browser Storage

Our website uses cookies and browser storage for basic functionality (such as completing your payment), for analytics through Google Analytics, and for measuring and optimising advertising through the Meta Pixel. Meta and Google may use their identifiers to recognise you across the sites and apps that use their services, under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality, and you can use the opt-out tools offered by Google and Meta.

8. Data Retention

We retain order records for as long as required by Indian tax law (typically 7 years for financial records). Email addresses are retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe. The personalised copy of your purchase stored for download is deleted 7 days after delivery (the download link itself stops working after 24 hours). Backup copies of order records may be kept for longer as part of our regular backups. Records held by our hosting and messaging providers, such as server logs and alerts, are kept under those providers' own retention settings.

9. International Transfers

We serve customers globally. Your data may be processed by our payment, email, storage, hosting, analytics and messaging providers in countries outside India. Where this occurs, it is subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@sparkoailab.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, if you are in the EU/UK, to your local data protection authority.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and limiting who can access order information. No online service can guarantee complete security, so please keep your download link and access code private.

12. Children's Privacy

Our products are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). For customers in the EU/UK, we comply with GDPR principles on a best-efforts basis.
